The Stamm Family condo is located on the fifth floor.  The family consists of three members, Axel, Emy, and their daughter Katarine.  Emily is on faculty at the Ohio State University in the Modern Languages department.  She is originally from Cleveland and has studied abroad both in Germany and Argentine.  She often works at home, and needs space for a home office.  Axel is from Germany and moved to Columbus to take a position at Aurther G James Cancer Hospital.  His work causes him to travel regularly and he often has trips to Brazil and Uruguay, where Emy and Katarine accompany him.  They also travel regularly to visit Axel's family.  The family requested a spare bedroom for when family visits the states.  Axel is very athletic and regularly competes in triathlons, so it's important for him to have an exercise room.  The plan also includes an open kitchen and living room, a master bedroom and smaller bedroom for Katarine, and three baths.  The master  bedroom and other bedrooms are strategically placed on opposite sides to create privacy.
