For this assignment, we were to take visual notes of buildings all in the same area.  I decided to take notes at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.  Going to school at Ohio University, all the buildings look very similar...red brick, white columns.  Every new building built has the same look as the buildings that have been here since the unveristy opened in 1804.  I wanted to see if Wittenberg is the same.  Wittenberg was established in 1845, yet several  of the newer buildings on campus are indeed on the modern side.  It is nice to attend a school where everything looks cohesive, but I think I prefer a campus like Wittenberg, with variety.  It is the 21st century, so buildings should look like contemporary buildings, not like they could be from the 19th century.
